- 15 to 20 chicken wings
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- flour
- 1 medium onion
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. catsup
Method
- Cut tips off chicken wings.
- Roll wings in flour, salt and pepper.
- Brown in cooking oil.
- Brown onions.
- Mix brown sugar, catsup, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, water, salt and pepper.
- Add browned onions.
- Simmer 30 minutes. Add browned wings in baking dish.
- Pour sauce over wings.
- Bake in oven at 325° for one hour.
