Ingredients

  • 15 to 20 chicken wings
  • 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • flour
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. catsup

Method

  • Cut tips off chicken wings.
  • Roll wings in flour, salt and pepper.
  • Brown in cooking oil.
  • Brown onions.
  • Mix brown sugar, catsup, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, water, salt and pepper.
  • Add browned onions.
  • Simmer 30 minutes. Add browned wings in baking dish.
  • Pour sauce over wings.
  • Bake in oven at 325° for one hour.
