Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cans pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip

Method

  • Combine sugar, cracker crumbs and 1 stick melted margarine. Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Chill 1 hour.
  • Mix powdered sugar, eggs, 2 sticks melted margarine and vanilla on medium speed of mixer for 10 minutes.
  • Spread mixture over crust.
  • Over this, layer bananas, pineapple chunks and Cool Whip.
  • Garnish with cherries and chopped nuts.
