Ingredients
- 2 qt. popped corn, sifted through so there are no kernels
- 2 c. nuts
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- pinch or 2 salt
Method
- Mix corn and nuts together.
- Cook sugar, margarine, syrup and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat; then turn down and continue to boil 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Pour over popped corn.
- Spread on a cookie sheet and let cool.
