Ingredients
- 2 pkg. small sugar-free lime jello
- 1 medium can lite pears
- 4 oz. fat-free cream cheese
Method
- First Layer:
- Dissolve 1 package jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add pear juice, plus enough cold water to make 1 cup.
- Place pears in the bottom of a mold or bowl.
- Place in freezer until set.
