Ingredients
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (1 1/4 ounce) packages taco seasoning
- 4 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
Method
- Put chicken in the crock pot.
- Mix soup and taco seasoning and pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Remove chicken and cut up into chunks.
- Mix in sour cream and serve over rice or noodles.
- For Once a month Cooking: Put chicken in the crock pot.
- Mix soup and taco seasoning and pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Remove chicken and cut up into chunks.
- Let cool, then package into a large zip-bag or food saver bag and freeze.
- Defrost and thaw the day before serving.
- On serving day, empty thawed ingredients back into the crock pot, OR warm on the stove top in a large pot.
- Add sour cream and serve over rice or noodles.
