Ingredients
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg (unbeaten)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Blend all ingredients well.
- Pour batter into funnel cake molds.
- Dip into hot oil (365°) for 35 to 45 seconds or until shell is light brown.
- Remove from oil; tap gently to release shell from mold and drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
