Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. salmon
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. bourbon or water
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Method
- Clean salmon and remove small bones.
- Put foil in pan and place salmon, skin side down.
- Mix marinade ingredients and pour over salmon.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until done.
