Ingredients
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- gooseberries
- rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
Method
- Beat together eggs, flour and sugar. Pour over gooseberries or rhubarb in a pie shell. Place a top shell over the custard and bake in a 375° oven for 40 minutes until fruit is done and crust is browned. Sugar could be sprinkled over top crust before baking.
