Ingredients
- 1 c. Comet rice
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- 3/4 can water
Method
- Melt butter over rice.
- Chop water chestnuts and mushrooms. Mix all ingredients and bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350°.
