Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp plus Matcha
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 60 grams Sugar
  • 5 grams Powdered gelatin
  • 200 ml Whipping cream
  • 1 as liked Topping of your choice

Method

  • Heat the milk in a pot to just below the boiling point.
  • Turn the heat off, add the matcha and sugar, and mix well.
  • Add the powdered gelatin and mix thoroughly.
  • Strain into a bowl.
  • Set the bowl in ice-cold water to cool slightly.
  • Add fresh cream.
  • Pour into serving containers, chill in the fridge until hardened, and enjoy!
