Ingredients
- 1 tbsp plus Matcha
- 250 ml Milk
- 60 grams Sugar
- 5 grams Powdered gelatin
- 200 ml Whipping cream
- 1 as liked Topping of your choice
Method
- Heat the milk in a pot to just below the boiling point.
- Turn the heat off, add the matcha and sugar, and mix well.
- Add the powdered gelatin and mix thoroughly.
- Strain into a bowl.
- Set the bowl in ice-cold water to cool slightly.
- Add fresh cream.
- Pour into serving containers, chill in the fridge until hardened, and enjoy!
