Ingredients
- 6 Pork chops
- 1 c. Onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. Ketchup
- 1/2 c. Hot water
- 1 tsp. Dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Cloves
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
Method
- Place the pork chops into a large baking dish and cover with the chopped onions. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chops. Bake for about 35 minutes at 350°f. 180°c. gas mark 4.
