Ingredients
- 3 to 3 1/2 lb. boneless pot roast (chuck or round)
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets onion soup mix
- 2 1/4 c. water
Method
- Brown roast over medium heat.
- Add onion soup mix blended with water.
- Simmer, covered, turning occasionally 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
- If desired, thicken gravy.
- Makes 6 servings.
