Ingredients

  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can corned beef hash
  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 1 c. sharp grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Method

  • Refrigerate corned beef hash until cold.
  • Open both ends of can in order to push out into a roll of corned beef hash.
  • Cut into approximately 3/4 inch slices and place in shallow baking dish, overlapping slices.
  • Top with sauce; tomato sauce, garlic powder and oregano; then, top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake uncovered at 375° for 25 minutes or until very hot!
  • Serves 4.
