Ingredients
- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can corned beef hash
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 c. sharp grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Method
- Refrigerate corned beef hash until cold.
- Open both ends of can in order to push out into a roll of corned beef hash.
- Cut into approximately 3/4 inch slices and place in shallow baking dish, overlapping slices.
- Top with sauce; tomato sauce, garlic powder and oregano; then, top with shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 375° for 25 minutes or until very hot!
- Serves 4.
