Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh carrots, thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. orange marmalade
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Method
- In a 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe dish, microwave carrots with water, covered, until tender, 7 to 8 minutes, stirring once. Drain.
- Immediately stir in remaining ingredients.
- Yields 4 servings.
