Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts, split and boned
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 jar dried beef
- 16 strips bacon
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
Method
- Line pan (approximately 9 x 12-inch) with dried beef.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Wrap with 2 strips bacon and place on dried beef.
- Mix sour cream and soup together and pour over chicken.
- Keep in refrigerator overnight.
- Bake 3 hours at 350°.
