Ingredients
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 pkg. Knorr leek dry soup mix
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Drain spinach well, set aside.
- Combine soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise; mix well.
- Add spinach, stirring well.
- Chill 2 hours.
- Stir before serving.
- Good dip for sourdough bread pieces.
