Ingredients

  • 24 graham cracker squares
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 12 oz. whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. pecans or walnuts

Method

  • Coarsely chop graham crackers with food chopper; combine with oleo and sugar.
  • Press into bottom and up sides of 9-inch spring-form pan.
  • Combine topping, pudding and sour cream in bowl with a whisk.
  • Pour half of filling over the crust.
  • Slice bananas and layer on top.
  • Pour remaining filling over bananas.
  • Finely chop pecans and sprinkle over top.
  • Sets immediately, but can be refrigerated to chill.
