Ingredients
- 24 graham cracker squares
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 12 oz. whipped topping, thawed
- 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 c. oleo, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. pecans or walnuts
Method
- Coarsely chop graham crackers with food chopper; combine with oleo and sugar.
- Press into bottom and up sides of 9-inch spring-form pan.
- Combine topping, pudding and sour cream in bowl with a whisk.
- Pour half of filling over the crust.
- Slice bananas and layer on top.
- Pour remaining filling over bananas.
- Finely chop pecans and sprinkle over top.
- Sets immediately, but can be refrigerated to chill.
