Ingredients
- 8 ounce elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 Tbsp. onion, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. celery, finely minced
- 6 ounce Cheddar cheese
- 1 dsh pepper salt to taste
Method
- Add in the onion, green pepper and celery to the macaroni; stir.
- Add in one half of the cheese and stir over low heat till melted.
- Season and stir in evaporated lowfat milk.
- Spoon into a well greased baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheese proportionately over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350:F for 20 min.
- Let stand for 10 min and cut into squares to serve.
