Ingredients

  • 8 ounce elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. celery, finely minced
  • 6 ounce Cheddar cheese
  • 1 dsh pepper salt to taste

Method

  • Add in the onion, green pepper and celery to the macaroni; stir.
  • Add in one half of the cheese and stir over low heat till melted.
  • Season and stir in evaporated lowfat milk.
  • Spoon into a well greased baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheese proportionately over the top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350:F for 20 min.
  • Let stand for 10 min and cut into squares to serve.
