Ingredients

  • Ice cubes, plus crushed ice
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce apricot liqueur
  • 1 ounce apricot nectar or juice
  • 1 ounce chilled ginger beer
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 dried apricot skewered on a pick, for garnish

Method

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add the vodka, apricot liqueur and apricot nectar and shake well.
  • Strain into a crushed-ice-filled rocks glass, then top with the ginger beer.
  • Squeeze the lime wedge over the drink and add it to the drink.
  • Garnish with the skewered apricot.
