Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 250 ml Soy milk
- 100 ml Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Grapeseed oil (optional)
Method
- Cut all the way around the avocado pit lengthwise.
- Split the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Take the flesh out with a spoon, and drizzle lemon juice over.
- Put the avocado, soy milk, maple syrup and the oil in a food processor and blend well.
- When it has cooled a bit, chill in the freezer.
- I took it out from the freezer after a while, blended it again and put it back in the freezer.
