Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 250 ml Soy milk
  • 100 ml Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Grapeseed oil (optional)

Method

  • Cut all the way around the avocado pit lengthwise.
  • Split the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  • Take the flesh out with a spoon, and drizzle lemon juice over.
  • Put the avocado, soy milk, maple syrup and the oil in a food processor and blend well.
  • When it has cooled a bit, chill in the freezer.
  • I took it out from the freezer after a while, blended it again and put it back in the freezer.
