Ingredients
- 2 slices bread, soaked in milk
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
Method
- Mix thoroughly; shape into balls.
- Roll in flour and brown in small amount of oil in electric skillet.
- Place meat balls in kettle and add one 46-ounce can tomato or V-8 juice.
- Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
- Use sauce as gravy.
