Ingredients
- 1/3 cup small pearl tapioca
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
Method
- Soak tapioca beads and orange blossom in water for 30 minutes.
- Add milk and sugar. Mix.
- Bring to boil, lower heat, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring gently to avoid breaking the beads.
- Spoon the mixture into dessert cups and cool.
