Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 avocados large ripe
  • 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder organic
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 blueberries punnet of
  • dates Extra : feel free to add grated, for added sweetness

Method

  • I love this recipe because it's next to impossible to mess up. Slice up your avocados and put into a deep bowl.
  • add other ingredients not in any particular order. If you don't want the blueberries to be blended, add them at the end after blending.
  • blend ingredients with a hand whizzer or a food processor until very creamy and smooth.
  • Place into ramekins or teacups for single servings. Put into the fridge for minimum of an hour, or for a more sorbet consistency into the freezer for a bit longer.
