Ingredients
- 1 c. corn flake cereal crumbs
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler/fryer chicken, cut up
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Mix cereal crumbs, onion salt and pepper. Dip chicken in butter; roll in cereal crumb mixture.
- Place skin sides up in an ungreased baking pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
- Pour remaining butter over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, until thickest pieces are done, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Makes 4 servings.
