Ingredients
- approximately 2 to 3 lb. chicken
- 2 (8 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. spaghetti noodles
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Boil chicken and set aside.
- Cook noodles and drain.
- Combine noodles and chicken (deboned and cut into small pieces) in a glass casserole pan
- Add cream of chicken soup, Mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add small amount of cheeses to top and bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes, until cheese is melted.
