Ingredients

  • approximately 2 to 3 lb. chicken
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Boil chicken and set aside.
  • Cook noodles and drain.
  • Combine noodles and chicken (deboned and cut into small pieces) in a glass casserole pan
  • Add cream of chicken soup, Mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Add small amount of cheeses to top and bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes, until cheese is melted.
