Ingredients
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) bars cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large egg, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven to temperature on crescent roll can.
- Spray a 9x 13 inch baking pan lightly with cooking spray.
- Mix together cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk until smooth.
- Line the bottom of the baking pan with 1 can of the crescent rolls pressing together the seams.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the rolls.
- Top with the remaining can of crescent rolls.
- Baste the top with the egg white.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 c. sugar. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely and cut into squares.
