Ingredients
- 5 lbs chicken wings
- 15 ounces soy sauce
- 8 ounces honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 2 cups beef broth
Method
- Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and broth in a baking pan.
- Place chicken in flat rows in sauce.
- Marinate for at least 3 hours in fridge.
- They are best when left in for 24 hours and turned over at 12 hours.
- Drain and bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes or until done.
