Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 (8 oz.) bag nacho chips
Method
- Cook hamburger and drain.
- Add drained kidney beans and warm. Mix lettuce, onions, and tomato and toss with
- 1/2 bag nacho chips and 1/2 cheese.
- Add hamburger and beans and toss; add dressing. Garnish with remaining chips, cheese and tomato.
