- 6 thin slices veal (cut from 1 veal round steak)
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 medium onions, sliced thin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 tsp. paprika
- 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Dust veal with flour.
- Melt butter in pan.
- Add onions and garlic and cook until yellow.
- Add bouillon cubes and dissolve. Add mustard and paprika.
- Stir and pour into a bowl.
- Melt the other 4 tablespoons butter in frypan.
- Fry meat on both sides. Pour onion mixture over it and cook 30 minutes over low heat. Stir in cream and bring to a boil.
- Serve immediately over buttered parsley noodles.
