Ingredients
- 1 lb. asparagus
- 1 carrot
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 lb. white cheese
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Method
- Cook asparagus and carrot in oil.
- Beat 6 eggs together.
- Add the cheese and thyme to skillet of asparagus and carrot.
- Cook 5 to 7 more minutes.
