Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 12 vanilla wafers
- cherries (fresh, frozen or jam)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Blend together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Put papers into cupcake tins (12).
- Put 1 vanilla wafer on bottom of papers.
- Fill 1/2 full.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375°.
- Put cherries on top.
- Freezes well (without cherries).
