Ingredients
- 1 pkg. white cake mix (two layer size)
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. jello pistachio instant pudding and pie filling
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. Seven-Up or club soda
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. coconut
Method
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
