Ingredients
- 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
- 12 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
- 14 cup chives, chopped
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Method
- Combine artichokes, red peppers, chives, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and oregano.
- Chill for one hour.
