Ingredients
- 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and mashed
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°. Drain all water from spinach. Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased casserole for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with crackers or bread.
