Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 (2 oz.) slice boiled ham, cut into strips
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Method
- Melt butter in large skillet; add chicken and ham.
- Cook until chicken is brown.
- Stir in soup, water, beans and mustard.
- Bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice and top with cheese; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Fluff with fork.
