Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 (2 oz.) slice boiled ham, cut into strips
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • 2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Method

  • Melt butter in large skillet; add chicken and ham.
  • Cook until chicken is brown.
  • Stir in soup, water, beans and mustard.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Stir in rice and top with cheese; cover.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Fluff with fork.
