Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2) can peach halves
- 1 (No. 2) can sliced pineapple
- 1 (No. 2) can pear halves
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. curry powder
Method
- Drain fruits.
- Place in greased casserole.
- Melt butter; blend in sugar, cornstarch and curry powder.
- Spoon curry mixture over fruits.
- Bake in preheated 325° oven for 45 minutes.
- Yields 8 servings.
