Ingredients

  • 2 bars white baking chocolate
  • 1/3 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. finely chopped dried apricots
  • 1/4 c. sliced almonds
  • 1/4 c. flaked coconut

Method

  • Melt white chocolate and butter and cool.
  • In medium bowl mix brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • Add the chocolate mixture.
  • Add salt and baking powder and mix well.
  • Add apricots, almonds and coconut.
  • Blend in the flour and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into greased 9-inch pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
