Ingredients
- 1 jar kraut, drained
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. bell peppers, diced
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. onion, diced
- 1 small jar pimento, diced
Method
- Mix kraut, bell peppers, celery, onion and pimento together. Sprinkle sugar over top.
- Cover; refrigerate 24 hours.
- Stir.
- This stays good in refrigerator for weeks.
- Good to make ahead.
