Ingredients
- 4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/3 c. apricot jam
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
- 1/4 c. toasted coconut
- 4 whole chicken legs
Method
- In glass baking dish, combine ingredients with half teaspoon salt.
- Add chicken.
- Turn to coat.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 5 hours.
