Ingredients

  • 16 oz. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 pkg. Knox gelatine
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. green onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. mayo

Method

  • Cut cheese in cubes.
  • Stir tomato soup and cheese together over low flame until blended.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Dissolve gelatine in water.
  • Add mixture to soup mixture in large bowl. Mix together.
  • Refrigerate two hours.
  • After 2 hours, add celery, onion and shrimp to soup mixture.
  • Add mayo.
  • Mix well.
  • Put in mold.
  • Spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve with crackers.
