Ingredients
- 2 c. water
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 24 Town House crackers (58 if doubled)
Method
- Bring to boil water, sugar and cream of tartar.
- Drop in crackers.
- Cook slow 10 minutes without stirring.
- Pour into unbaked deep dish pie shells.
- Dot with margarine.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 450° until done.
