Ingredients

  • FOR THE SALAD DRESSING:
  • 1/4 cups Apple Cider
  • 3 Tablespoons Canola Or Vegetable Oil (your Choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • FOR THE SALAD:
  • 12 ounces, weight Baby Spinach Leaves (Rinsed, Drained, Dried)
  • 1/2 cups Red Onion, Sliced Thinly
  • 2 whole Sweet Apples (Your Choice) Peeled, Cored, Sliced Thinly
  • 4 slices Crispy Fried Bacon, Chopped

Method

  • In a small mixing bowl add salad dressing ingredients and whisk together well. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate before serving.
  • In a serving bowl add spinach leaves, red onion, apple slices and bacon pieces and mix gently with two spoons. Add salad dressing (whisk it again before serving) over the salad, mix gently and serve in individual plates.
