Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Dash pepper
- Salad greens
Method
- In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, vinegar, salt, garlic and pepper; shake well. Serve over salad greens.
