Ingredients
- pork chops
- apple juice
- salt, pepper and thyme
- fresh garlic chopped
- sliced apples
Method
- Place pork chops in glass baking dish.
- Pour apple juice over meat until half covered.
- Lightly salt and pepper and sprinkle with thyme.
- Sprinkle chopped garlic over each pork chop.
- Place 3 or 4 apple slices on each.
- Cover tightly, bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
