Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped (1 c.)
- 1 medium carrot, shredded (1/2 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl, gently mix ingredients.
- Pat into 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.
- Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.
- Cut in wedges and serve.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
