Ingredients
- 4 qt. apples, chopped and peeled
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
Method
- Place apples in a crock-pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 12 hours, then add remaining ingredients.
- Stir and cook for 12 more hours on low.
- Place in hot canning jars and seal.
