Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks oleo, melted
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- In oblong cake pan, pour cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar.
- Sprinkle on dry cake mix.
- Pour melted oleo on top.
- Sprinkle with coconut and bake at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes.
- Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
