Ingredients

  • 4 x Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, (1 lb.)
  • 1/3 c. Apple butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. Catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, optional
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 2 dsh Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dsh Liquid smoke flavoring, optional

Method

  • Place chicken in a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
  • Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 375 F. for 25 min or possibly till meat juices run clear.
  • Yield: 4 servings.
