Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 slices bread, cut in strips
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese or Velveeta
Method
- Cook sausage until done, breaking into bits as you cook it. Drain and set aside.
- Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard.
- Into a greased baking dish layer the bread, sausage and cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over these ingredients.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Serves 6.
