Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced thin
  • 5 strips OSCAR MAYER Thick Cut Bacon
  • 4 slices KRAFT Big Slice Colby Jack Cheese Slice

Method

  • Fry the bacon.
  • Drain on paper towels and cut each strip into thirds.
  • Lightly, butter both sides of each slice of bread.
  • Over low heat, grill all six slices of bread until toasted golden brown on one side.
  • Turn the bread over and on each of three of the slices, layer one and a third slice of cheese, 4 apple slices and 5 of the bacon pieces.
  • Place the remaining three slices of bread, warm side down on top of the sandwich filling to begin melting the cheese.
  • Cover the grill for 30 60 seconds to continue melting cheese and browning the bread.
  • Flip all three sandwiches and brown the other side.
  • Remove from the grill and serve with fresh fruit and your favorite beverage, for a quick and easy lunch.
